HC relief for Tea Board on subsidyThe Calcutta High Court division bench has set aside an order of a single bench that asked the Tea Board to pay subsidy to tea gardens. The order was passed following an appeal from Rossell India and another company. The court directed the respondents to file their affidavit in opposition within two weeks.
